Depart Launceston 08:30 End at Launceston 17:30

This is a great tour for you to experience Tasmania's icon in just one day. Cradle Mountain is a World Heritage listed Tasmanian icon that is not to be missed. This tour starts in Launceston, which gives you more time at the location compared to Hobart departures. This tour goes via Sheffield, with views of beautiful Mount Roland at the background and the murals allover the town. Sheffield holds a mural competition every year and it is famous for its life-like mural paintings. After a short stop the tour will continue to Cradle Mountain only 50 minutes away.

At Cradle Mountain we will walk to view the beautiful Pencil Pine Waterfall, this is a pleasant and easy walk along the river, called  Enchanted Walk. Then we will head to Dove Lake and walk to Glacier Rock. We will spend good 3 hours at he National Park.

 

 We will drive back to Launceston arriving at about 17: 45 pm
