Cancellation, Amendment and Refund Policy

Cancellation or Amendment by the Clients/Agent:
If booking is cancelled 29 days or longer before departure date only $100 pp administrative fee will be deducted.
If booking is cancelled 14-28 days before departure date, 70% of total amount received will be refunded.
If booking is cancelled 8-13 days before departure date 50% of total amount received will be refunded.
If booking is cancelled 2-7 days before departure date 30% of total amount received will be refunded.
If booking is cancelled less than 48 hours no refund will be given.
Amendment: When there is availability on an alternative date, we will not charge you, but we will amend the date of your tour.

Amendment, Postponement, Cancellation by Us
Tasmania Tours 4 U reserve the right to amend itineraries and tours due to weather and/or operational reasons that conditions are out of our control. Should such circumstances occur, we will inform our customers with a replacement tour date as soon as possible. In case of postponement or cancellation by us, if the client disagrees with the proposed date or substitute tour then full refund will be given.
Indemnity

The vehicle and passengers are fully insured against any traffic accidents under our comprehensive insurance. Luggage is carried in a locked trailer and trailer is also locked to the vehicle.

Our price does not include travel insurance. Therefore, we advise our customers to take out travel insurance to safeguard themselves and their belongings.

We will make every effort to protect our customers from any injury or loss of their luggage. Although such events are very unlikely, we can’t be held responsible for loss or injury beyond our control.
Please be informed that booking and paying a deposit means you agreed T&C explained above.
